SUPPLY TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the terms of supply for products ordered on KIMSCUT.COM (Site) and/or through any web or mobile application we provide which allows product ordering. KIMSCUT offers you an online purchasing service which allows you to purchase a selection of the items available at our stores from your computer or mobile. For more information about the seller, shop and our privacy policy see the Legal notice lodged at the foot of each page of this store.
Please carefully read these terms and conditions and our privacy policy before ordering. If you do not agree with all the conditions of purchase and the privacy policy, you must not make any order.

COMMERCIAL OFFER. PRODUCTS
The seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer on the Site.
The seller reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered to the users through the Site.
The seller may at any time add new products to the to those offered or included in the store. These new products will be governed by the provisions of the present general conditions.
In addition, the seller reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different kinds of products offered on the Site.
The products included in the Site shall be presented as best as possible according to web technology available, so they represent the products actually offered. The characteristics of the products and their prices appear in the store.
The prices quoted in the shop are in euro. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
In the case that, at some point, there is an error of this kind, beyond the control of the seller at all times, it would immediately proceed to its correction. In case of a typographic error in one of the prices and any client he had taken a decision to purchase based on that error, the seller shall inform the customer that error and the client will have the right to cancel the order without any charge.
The seller is not responsible directly or indirectly for any of the information, contents, affirmations and expressions containing products sold by the seller. This responsibility is all the time in the manufacturers or distributors of such products. Customer understands that the seller is a mere intermediary between him and the manufacturer or distributor.

APPLICABLE TAXES
The products displayed on the website of the vendor, prices are in EUROS and (not) include the tax on the value added (VAT) which, where appropriate, be applied.
Purchases which are to be supplied within the territory of any of the Member States of the European Union are subject to VAT.
Purchases that are to be delivered in the territories of States not members of the European Union, or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT.

FORM OF PAYMENT
In making the order, the customer can choose freely pay the purchases by card or other similar means. In certain cases, when not irrefutably proving the identity of the buyer and to prevent potential fraud, Seller reserves the possibility of requesting a client a specific payment method. The website uses security techniques of information generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control and cryptographic mechanisms procedures, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized data access.

COSTS AND SHIPPING TIME
When possible, the customer can select the shipping between the possible method for your shipping zone. You must take into account deadlines, the quality of the service, the point of delivery and the cost will be different for each form of transport.
Products purchased via the store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the user once verified the payment, being the maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days set by default in the law.
Seller delivery service is carried out in collaboration with several renowned logistics operators. It will not serve orders to post office boxes or in hotels or other non-permanent addresses.
The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the products.

BUYER’S RIGHTS AND CHANGE – RETURN POLICY

General conditions.

Our goal is the full satisfaction of our customers, that’s why, If for any reason you are not fully satisfied when you receive your order, you have 7 natural days from your reception to communicate the will to return or change.

If a product other than that requested by the customer was delivered by mistake from the seller, it will be removed and the correct product delivered without additional charge.

To make a change or return, the product must not have been used and must be in good condition. The original packaging and labelling should be used in the best possible conditions, suitably packaged. If the conditions are not fulfilled and there are stains, rips or breakages, the product will not be accepted.

In the case of Return, once we have verified the product, it will be delivered to the Customer of its corresponding voucher for the full amount of the returned item. Shipping costs will be discounted only if: the difference between the total purchase amount and the total amount returned is less than 30 euros.

In case the client wishes to change the product purchased for another product, the product will be sent according to the Return Process, and the Customer must make his new order through the web through the normal purchase process.

In any case, whatever the way to proceed with the change or return, remember that you will be responsible for the contents of the package. In the event that there is an error in the content of the package not attributable to KIMSCUT, we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to the Client in case we can manage the return of the package to your attention.

 

Change Process.

The Customer will have a period of 7 calendar days from the reception of the order to request the change of the purchased product.

The Client will send the item to KIMSCUT using a transport agency of their choice. We recommend you send by certified mail.

The client will inform The Seller within the stipulated period of his willingness to make such a change, writing to info@kimscut.com, indicating the order number and article that he wishes to change.

 

Return process.

The client will have a period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product.

The customer may return any item, except add-ons; such as jewellery bags and belts, hair and skin items, party items; as lace dresses or jewellery and items in liquidation (Outlet section), as long as the products have not been used. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not in perfect condition.

The client will inform the Seller within the stipulated period of his willingness to make such a return by writing to info@kimscut.com, indicating the order number and article that he wishes to return.

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to the Seller.

The Customer will make the shipment through the transport company of his choice, assuming the shipping costs and making sure that the product arrives at KIMSCUT within the legal term of return. We recommend you send by certified mail.

Once we have verified the product, the Customer will be given the corresponding voucher for the full amount of the item returned. Shipping costs will be discounted only if: the difference between the total purchase amount and the total amount returned is less than 30 euros.

In the case of incurring KIMSCUT in transport or customs costs due to the return, they will be deducted from the amount of the voucher.

Product returns that do not meet the deadlines will not be accepted.
